2nd Meeting in Spain Day1

We start the first meeting with students!!

First, we visit the city of Alcalá de Henares, the Cervantes' place, the university, Cervantes Square... It's a great city!! We understood why it is a World Heritage City!!

 After that, we all met at school and we have seen some videos, a Lip dub made by  the Spanish School and a presentation about Spain.

After that, we played different games in order to form groups with students from different countries. Each group have a different name from a well-known scientist.

Finally, we have played a Gymkana, with some games an questions with the aim to have fun while visiting the school.

The day started with Activity 2, which took place in a Physics Lab of the school. For this activity, the students worked in teams in order to build their own wind and solar farms, using the materials provided by the teachers. During the afternoon, we visited "Archimedes" Science Centre and Interactive Museum, in the city of Limassol, where students had the opportunity to experiment with games and ancient machines based on European Standards.

4th Meeting in Cyprus Day5

On this day we visited the Cyprus Institute, a technological research institution. The photovoltaic section, the engineering department and the supercomputer rooms were visited. Later during the day, we visited PROTEAS Solar Research Facility, owned by The Cyprus Institute, which is located at the city of Limassol.
