4th Meeting in Cyprus Day1

  • During the first day, the opening ceremony took place in the school’s auditorium.
  • Later we performed some ice breaking activities, so that the students and teachers would feel more comfortable with each other. The students were also separated in teams, so that each team had members of every country.
  • Activity 1 took place in the Computer Labs of our school, which involved working in a virtual laboratory to investigate the different factors that affect the power outputs of a wind farm.
  • Later during the day, everyone had a tour in the old city of Nicosia, sightseeing and walking around the city.

4th Meeting in Cyprus Day5

On this day we visited the Cyprus Institute, a technological research institution. The photovoltaic section, the engineering department and the supercomputer rooms were visited. Later during the day, we visited PROTEAS Solar Research Facility, owned by The Cyprus Institute, which is located at the city of Limassol.
